You might try these guys. I worked for them 20 years ago in Mozambique. Was a good group then. They have their ups and downs. Might be worth a try to see what is going on with them now.
Air Serv International They have an operation out of Entebbe, Uganda. Been there for several years. They lean toward religious but aren't fanatic. Lots of humanitarian work.
