The route shown poses more questions with no obvious answers. Once inside the CTA does it remain in a cut and cover tunnel or does it pop out? Whether it does or doesn't everything on the route needs to be removed including a chunk of the new road that will serve the drop off area and the rest of the CTA. If the MTS just misses running along the approach road and ends up in the drop off zone the approach road will still need to be crossed. The exit route will also have to be crossed so that will also have to go and the road hasn't even gone in yet as part of the existing plans.

So while it is being being built how does traffic get into and out of the CTA? With the new multi-storey car park in place where would a new road go as the exiting new exit route that is being built now hugs the building?

With tunnelling machines what is above the route can in the main remain but this method is very disruptive. The only easy bit is crossing Taxiway Alpha. What happened back in the late 90's the taxiway was shifted and then put back with the tunnel being built in two halves.
