So it's official, SO remuneration offer less than what was offered back in 2014 and much less than the CSM (and probably a SGT/WOFF loadmaster).
No new join SO got a goodwill payrise in 2015. Is it even on the radar to get backpay to 2014 that cabin crew were recently awarded?
