Snag is, the question was
Is there a list of airfields that CAA test the IR from
and they have never done initial IR testing from there.
The IAA (Irish Authorities) did some initial ratings from Stuart - but not the CAA.
CAA sticking firmly to their guns and all
initial tests must be flown in UK airspace and tested by a CAA staff examiner (or specifically invited ex-staff examiner).
Single pilot IR
renewals (either single engine or multi) can be flown over here - at just about any school...but not "initials".
