I voiced my opinion on poor service by handling agents last year and nothing much has changed. When 95% of your business is LCC's who want to keep their fares low, making money from ground handling verges on the impossible. My original post:- LUTON -8
Following on from this.....certain long-established airlines at LTN who don't strictly operate the low cost model (longer turn-rounds where aircraft are fully cleaned etc), have suffered increasingly poor service from handling agents due to the dominance of LCC's and hence the issues already mentioned. This Summer has seen an improvement in some aspects of ground handling due to a lot of of focus being given to what went wrong last year...
