I think I'd ask the FM as well if the Engine Overheat light came on in a 777
Seriously though, reading the deed I don't think the VAA FOs have any time limit for their command priority over SOs/CRFOs.
Also, from memory, recently all of the FO positions at longhaul have been filled by narrowbody captains.
