Seriously guys?
I'm not a great fan of the system either, nor the haphazard and directionless training schedule we've had but all this complaining about flow control? What the hell did you want?
Most were complaining they couldn't handle 100% of the current traffic- that's normal anywhere in the world, in any industry, with any new piece of equipment - so the FLMs and Sups put on a tiny bit of flow to take the edge off the peaks. Once up and running it was systematically removed from what I understood. In the end, everybody landed and departed with little or no backlog. What is the problem with that?? What's the alternative? No flow and then complain of being overloaded? You want them to let it go so you can sit back and say "We told you so" when it goes belly up?
Some of you need to grow up.
