It is really suxk. I have to stay behind after the PFI for another two hours simulator work. I was so tired after the PFI on real aeroplanes, they think it is ok because of non real traffic. The management only wants to build up the hands on hours to proof record of ready. It is turning out high sick leave, high hate to this non usable system and low productivity.
May be management won't care these human factor issues anymore.
