I follow your argument RR but I suspect the CAA spend hours trying to help airport authorities deal with bird hazards etc.To actually possibly? Attract the very Vermin they are trying to eliminate just doesn't make sense. I'm sure you have been passed local open tips and seen the vast amount of birds attracted.Im sure this facility will be state of the art,however you can't stop accidental spillages or birds possibly following trucks.Its a very bad idea,sorry and just smacks of Peel yet again trying to raise revenue at the expense of a valuable airport and facility..for what ever reason.
