I completely agree on the waste disposal firm being a dreadful idea, I'm not disputing that, my point is you're reading way too much into it, if it's allowed to go ahead it's because it's safe to do so with aircraft near(ish), otherwise it will be declined. Personally I don't think it will have even the slightest effect on either aircraft or housing
