EASA CPL in USA

Hello again.

I am having a hard time navigating the CAA web site. I'm wondering if you can please point me in the right direction.

And thank you for helping me out with the locations of all the ATPL residential ground schools. The hotel appreciates me printing all 71 pages out on their printer.

What I'm looking for this time is a list of places where you can do the VFR part of a ATPL (f), also known as a CPL no I/R.

I understand the I/R has to be done in European airspace, but I believe the CPL part can be done Stateside. Doesn't Oxford do it in Arizona?

I understand that the actual test has to be done in a complex aircraft, but can some of the training be done in our family's Cessna 172?

A list of schools, examiners and instructors would be great.
Plus any tips as to what is involved.

Thank you.
