I would recommend to spent 1K of your 100K on professional advice.
You could post an advert in the thread Rotor jobs (not for posting CV's).
There are plenty of proffesional pilots who are willing to spent one day to talk some sense into you. if you are in doubt after that you can spend another X time 500 on a second, third, fourth, etc. opinion.
I could give free advice but I do not want to ruin the market.
