Do we know this for a fact (and I mean beyond the virtual world of flight trackers)?
That would mean the CAA being remarkably proactive and throwing cash at a problem that had yet to occur. I'm trying to think of an instance in the past where an airline has gone under and the CAA has ensured assets were in place down route to
immediately repatriate holiday makers, etc...
