Notam update

ADD THE FOLLOWING ACFT STAND NUMBERS TO THE EAST APRON:
43L, 44L, 44R, 45R (replaces 43, 44, 45 and are the pier A stands)

DUE TO ROLLOUT GUIDANCE BEND APPROACHING AND JUST BEYOND TOUCHDOWN ZONE RWY 08/26 ILS HAS BEEN DOWNGRADED TO CAT3A.

until 16th December.

So we now know there is a bend in the signal but is this fixable seeing that it hasn't been made permanent yet?

I seem to remember a few weeks back that rollout guidance is about keeping the aircraft on the runway before it has slowed down to a safe taxing speed so what is the reference about approaching the touchdown zone?

Assuming the multistory is bending the signal is it even fixable and why would both ends be affected?
