Basically yes apart from the planting of a few bushes or even a bit of grass.
The temporary fence that can just be seen on the extreme left is a new pedestrian crossing that has been closed as it was another crossing point that gridlocked the traffic. All passengers from here have to walk around the edge of the drop off zone to avoid holding up the traffic twice as they would also have to cross the inbound route as well as the outbound route. We will have to see if is is opened up again when the drop off zone reaches its full size.
Minor changes will be the cars that can be seen in the short term car park will be parking at 90 degrees but basically as far as I can tell this is just about as good as it is going to get. Also as already pointed out it is a three and a half minute walk from this point to the terminal. Only the last 60 seconds will be covered thus replacing the mud with a covered walkway would be a good idea.
