Myself and others have been noticing that those who are A350 trained [sic] on the 350 are now getting (Annual) tech questions on systems or parts of systems that were
"never" covered during the paltry 4 tech "embellishment" days given.
No time off "prior" to the A350"embellishment" course (DL or other) are rostered to give preparation time for the course either..
Isn't it nice to see the further dumbing down of your career happening right before your eyes ?
Then, a further slap in the face is we all have to sit back annually and take a tech quiz (i.e. get tested) on systems or knowledge that we have
never been instructed in.
They must be sitting upstairs laughing their heads off at how we fall for this scam.
