The word is that the ongoing 'issues' with the ex-Qantas birds is going to have a huge dent on their Q3 and final 2016 earnings.
Which might explain why the bar-stewards charged me $300 today to change a flight when previously it was for $50 and a smile.
Their descent to AC levels of customer 'service' continues apace.
Thank God Air Transat is getting their act together in Canada.
Flew into MAN-YYZ an hour or so ago and have to give them 10/10.
