From experience of SRT I cannot imagine they could organise a tea party let alone a takeover of FLS.
They are management top-heavy, reactive not proactive, expensive, out of line with much of the market and have no clear marketing strategy.
Furthermore their computerised aircraft records system is a nightmare.
Where would the money come from to buy FLS??
