What you're not understanding is the pay is ok and they hype the job BUT it is only a reflection of desperate times and extreme crew shortage. Once you are hooked you can expect constant attack on pay and conditions.. Just take a look at the history ..Do yourself a favour and Google staff relations here. If you don't comply they'll pick 49 guys at random wherever they may be in the world and summarily fire them!! Be warned!
