Some said the recent failure rate hit 100%, so it must be lower. Even CX kept it to a mere 50%
Between the last two passes, the failure rate was 100%. On the day of the last pass, the failure rate was 0%. You can play with statistics all you like but the fact remains that in 2016, year to date, there have been three passes. 3.

Almost every month, 4 slots have been advertised and usually only 2 candidates are started due lack of eligibility or applications. One part of the pilot pool operate enmass, withdrawing their applications if one of their own fail which messes with the numbers.

If you're after a number that excludes the pre-command phase, I'd suggest the current failure rate is around 84%. If those in the later stages of the course get a guernsey, it'll drop to the enviable level of around 76%.
