Putting easyJet's Stansted operations aside, at this current stage easyJet should be concentrating on adding more frequencies to specific routes either to keep up with competition, increase passengers numbers or to offer more convenient timings. Services like Zurich, Munich, Madrid, Ibiza, Hamburg, Dubrovnik & Porto could all do with this.
Obviously easyJet has a good operation at Stansted as stated by some on the Stansted thread but I still can't see it. The base will just keep shrinking for example as you said if Prague is added by Jet2 it will be a blow to easyJet and they'll end the route and shrink the base yet again.
Don't you see the pattern? easyJet have added routes like Naples, Munich, Split, Copenhagen & Dubrovnik to its Luton base that were all operated from Stansted before and the Stansted routes have suffered with Copenhagen gone and the other routes reduced in frequency.
