FlyKiss seems to be little more than a rebranding of Slovenian airline SiAvia
There maybe a bit more too it than that - Enhance Aero Group seem to be involved. SiAvia currently operate ERJ-145's and a Legacy600 marketed by Enhance for charters. One of those ERJ-145's is already in Kiss colours. The Kiss website also quotes an Enhance marketing email address in the legal statement. So is it Enhance running Fly Kiss with SiAvia as the operating airline on their behalf?
