What I am noticing as the first parts of the airports expansion are completed are the poor quality and cheap finishing.
That's never happened before ..
In truth though, it's not just LTN but almost every corporate entity in the UK does this now. It's standard to take the short term, cheapest option and then replace it later under 'maintenance'. It lowers the upfront cost and everyone thinks it's great. Except the customers.
