Some of you lot need to get a grip. There is an IOSA requirement for ALL staff to complete SMS 'training'. For pilots, the company has chosen to fulfil that requirement by including a few SMS questions in the Annual Quiz. The alternative would be for all pilots to complete yet another e-learning module that would contain the same naff questions. What would you prefer?
The questions aren't difficult and the answers aren't hard to find. Try doing a search for 'SMS Handbook' on intraCX.
