Our company uses the limitations from the limitations section in Vol.1, AOM, except for the tailwind, which is limited to 10 kts.
The reason is, that we are also operating classic version 737,s, that means we are not getting mixed up that much (but still enough !).
Weather limts are subject of approval between the state of aerodrome and the operator, so there should be a list of approved CAT II/III runways together with the allowed DH/RVR.
