I assume the airlines with operations through Luton we informed of the chaos before the commencement of works, if it is cheap enough, the passengers will still travel.
Having flown out of Gatwick very recently, the delay on the taxiways prior to departure was more than 20 min at the hold. Not too sure if Luton has matched that figure recently?
