Just listened to the Three Counties recording about Luton, yes it was all rather depressing and all very predictable. It was a real shame that the public relations manager was too gutless to appear on the show to try and defend the airport as not everything that was being said was true. Maybe it is time he or she was replaced as there is no excuse for the airport not to produce a spokesman particularity when the airport knew in advance about the show.
I think the disruption which is both inside the terminal and outside in the CTA and approach roads is peaking now as the building work is now in everyone's face but can't be avoided.
I hope that the £110 million being spent is more about just increasing capacity but also about providing real improvements to the customers experience. I fear that is not going to happen so I hope I am wrong.
