How on earth did our generation of pilots allow it to get so bad?
That's ez, they joined/got in bed with FTOs. Leech management pilots are mostly responsible for this mess. And to think many an airline has such pilot recruits go through psychometric tests to understand if they are ill-in-the-head??? The irony of it all.
