Never used FD Pro. The screenshots in the AppStore suggest it has additional features such as engine out procedures and other company data.
I have long used JeppView and printed destinations plus reasonable alternates. I also carry the paper enroute charts in the aircraft as they are included in the electronic subscription and the JeppView printed enroute charts are lacking in detail (comms frequencies would be nice Jeppesen, if you are reading this.)
For reading the AIP, actual enroute chart use, and emergency alternates, I have Jepp FD. The tablet gets stowed in the flightbag by transition.
