My personal "wish list" includes a TRIP rig and a DUTY rig.
The split duty, TPE and MNL stuff should be compensated at a minimum of 8 hrs IMHO.
Reserve should be down the seniority. JFO and JR CN should do the reserve blocks. I've paid my dues for a stable roster.
The rest - meh.
