Do you not understand that you have gone on to a forum full of PROFESSIONAL pilots and you are asking them to help you do their jobs for free (actually it's even worse, you are planing on paying someone to do our job!). Your desparation is destroying this industry and whilst people like you exist this job will continue its decline, you can't be surprised that people are taking offence to your post?
Also have you ever thought what will happen when you get those "magic" 500 hours? Why would a company employ you when they can just pick up the next loser with bag fulls of cash and the dream to fly?!
Here is the bottom line, if you are having to pay to work then you are probably not good enough in the first place. I have said this before and I will say it again, this is a job not a hobby, some of us rely on this industry to feed our families, STOP
