Airbourne Aviation at Popham have a fleet of five or six C42 and Eurostar 3 axis microlights and my experience in getting my NPPL with them was great. I think they now have four instructors. And they have a great simulator based on an old C42 cockpit, mounted on hydraulic jacks, remarkably good (don't think of it as a pc game) so you can still fly with an instructor when the weather is bad. Well worth a visit.
