I only heard about it because SEPLA are pursuing a case on my behalf & one of their solicitors mentioned it to me.
I guess it appeared (or the plaintiffs were "bought off" ? ) in the Spanish press, it happened around the time Vueling was relocating guys to Roma without any discussions on T's & C's & was revenge for the CC members objecting to same.
