So where and what is this then? Looks like a light rail station next to the multistory car park by the view out of the left hand window except it is facing the wrong way. Not sure that matters for an artists impression. A use for that pocket of land I mentioned the other day? It could be the Parkway end but it has already been established that the trains will depart from there from above and not below.
( edit) That might well be the light rail station forecourt at Parkway with the light rail track straight ahead and the escalators leading to platform 1 for trains to London. The new multistory car park would then be indeed on the left as looking out of the window the station is above the trees.
