We had a good chuckle at this one last month or so:
Delta Airlines flight: "London, Delta xx, FL350 routing xxx"
London "Delta xx London, roger proceed direct yyy"
Delta "Direct yyy, Delta xx. How are you?"
London (slight pause) "I'm fine, how are you?"
Delta "Just great now we've left Germany"
