I would just get the instructor to write up the FR on your licence copy. He will also send a FR form to CASA. Give it a couple of weeks and then apply for a reprint of your licence from CASA and it will have the latest FR on it.
Cloudee's is good advice. If your licence is more than two years old you will need a new part 61 licence. The person doing the flight review will provide the paperwork for this and you will in fact get a new licence for free in the mail with your flight review on it. No need for a reprint or anything! Get your flight review endorsed on your licence copy and you are good to go.

As far as I can tell CASA accept copies of licences, it is all I carry and I believe even a digital copy will suffice for a ramp check but be aware, I can't be bothered reading legislation regarding this so the opinion is only that!
