Yes, the new system is really bad, not user friendly, too much data entry, should be operated by two controllers instead of one. The whole concept and design of procedures are all wrong and the bosses either have no idea or are plain ignorant leaving the controllers to mop up the mess and eventually carry the blame if an operational error is made.
