I would imagine that constant skydive/instruction/training/private activity will be more irritating for house owners than any level of airline activity that MME has seen. I think the size of car park gives an indication of the passenger ambitions.
Was that local services centre there in the Masterplan diagrams - thought that was all going in the terminal building?
