How many people actually want to buy a house near a busy airport? Cue no change in the airport volume or closure completely.
Is it not time we face facts, the airport no longer has a catchment significant enough to provide a commercial base. It is better off as a skydive/instruction/training/ private facility.
I know I've stuck my head above the parapet, but I find it unlikely anything will change.
