A Report released today, (canvassed on CH10 news, Aust.) of studies of U.S. and Australian companies, bags the managers running them.
"9 out of 10 Australian & U.S. organisations can do much better"... saying that "...alot of Managers are responsible for the negative culture that exists. ...being too focussed on spreadsheets, while not concentrating on the actual functioning and business of a company...
resulting in dis-satisfied and under-achieving, unproductive employees."
It went on to mention how CEOs are rewarded for short term spikes in the share price, with bonuses.
...sound familiar in your neck of the woods?..?
(sorry the name of the report was missed as it flashed by)
