...the problem could be the cars that park up in the drop off zone and wait for passengers. If too many do that the only place to drop off will be the middle of the drop off lane so blocking the traffic.
Eerrr, 'could be the problem'??!!! I'm sure you know the punters better than me and getting them to, 'Move along there please sir.' is going to be a problem. Mgmt will have to have a person on duty 100% of the time, or accept blockages.
Even if you try and move them on - that will the very moment their pax arrives and they will jump out of the car and open the boot to load cases. AND then blame LTN.
