At the end of the day Goldman Sachs and Korean Air have no association whatsoever with a negotiated trade agreement between the US and Europe. Included in that agreement are stipulated conditions to which both parties agreed (Article 17 bis – social element). If NAI wish to obtain a US foreign air carrier permit they must comply with the agreed conditions, simple as that. Apparently, the smiling rock ape group believes they are an exception.
In addition to Bernie Sanders, Democrat candidate for President, frontrunner Hillary Clinton, is also urging the Obama administration not to move forward with final approval of the NAI permit. In a statement to The Hill political website, Clinton campaign director Nikki Budzinski said:-
“Too many questions have been raised about NAI’s practices and plans”

"Company circumvention of Norway rules cited as reason for discontent"

The contentious issues have more to do with labor rights and labor principles rather than rates of pay. A search of this website and the Norway media will reveal some of Norwegian's unsavory labor practices.
