With the collapse in the resources sector
There has been no collapse in the resource sector. A large amount of construction work has been completed meaning the trades associated with construction have stopped being employed.
At the same time the iron ore and oil & gas prices are very low which means companies are cost cutting where possible.
The mines are still digging stuff up and exporting it.
With that said, Network needs crew.
