Well back into Luton from Copenhagen last night, on stand at 21.15 and exited the Mid-Term car park at 21.40. Must have been the quickest I have ever transited Luton in my life. Passport Control was busy but moving quickly. Nearly all the manned desks were in operation but only about 50% of the e-gates were working. Nonetheless, passing through here only took less than 5 mins, a record for me. One case and a buggy were on the carousel when we arrived, no waiting . Unfortunately this whole arrivals area does look somewhat shabby, and doesn't create the best impression for arriving pax. Hopefully this will improve as terminal improvements progress. Onward to the new coach departure area was easy, and working well. The new silver Transfer coaches looked very smart and left about a minute after we boarded, allthough less than half full. Perhaps we were just lucky, and the often discussed problems, affecting arrivals, didn't happen to us. Rating 8/10 for me.
