Curtain. You are absolutely right! We are only following what is in our contract. But do not confuse words with reality. We are pushing. That is exactly why we are doing it. Yes we are just complying with the letter of our contract. No more and no less. But it is part of our Industrial Action. To suggest anything less is disingenuous.

We currently are in a position of power which will be applied during these negotiations. "If they will not give in, that means they are not negotiating"? They are going to give up and submit? Really? We may trade something valuable away to gain some sweetener. We must fight for RP to remain part of our contract. We may win, but the Company will not loose.
