I am curious about the dual carriage way photo.The width of that section looks awfully wide, either the central reservation will be large or is something else going on.
You could fit a dual carriageway just in the section they have excavated
In the flesh the road looks 2 cars wide. At the point where the photo was taken the dual carriageway is actually the ring road and doesn't become a dual carriageway again until the road returns, which can just be seen in the bottom left of the screen print as it passes back under the second yet to be built passenger bridge, as shown by the dotted lines.
No doubt when it is all opens there will be a quite a few passengers that will leap out of cars on this stretch of road, as they try to evade the pay barriers. With the pay barriers moved away from the drop off zone there will be no way to avoid them once a car has passed under taxiway Alpha.
The red zone is a barrier controlled pick up and collection point for off site car park company coaches that is behind the camera that hasn't been started yet. The X marks where the photo was taken looking towards taxiway Delta.
