Who are these millions?
Probably not in the order of millions, but I've seen refugees lining up at a Centrelink office in Brisbane living off of welfare system by pumping out kids. That was back in around 2011 though.
And I do know some people who are not paying back their HECS HELP / FEE HELP debt for years as they have been working in overseas. Such a disgrace.
