As the advertisement says, when you have completed the online tests you will not hear anything unless you failed, or next being called in for screening. They have thousands of applications and does not have the overhead to write separate emails to all applicants.

By the way, in 2016 they focus on direct entry captains and direct entry relief captains, and not first officers. This is because they need many internal upgrades (relief captains to captains) in 2017 and 2018 for the 18 new Dreamliners coming those years. So if you have 1,500 hours PIC on medium jet, or 1,500 hours as FO on wide body, and total hours of at least 5,000, you will probably get a very fast upgrade to captain joining now.

There's a lot of upgrades on the B787 fleet. Pilots that have joined as relief captains have upgraded within a year. Pilots that have joined as first officers have already upgraded to captain (via relief captain). Note that they have only been in the company 2,5 years.

The screening is a day in Oslo or London. One group exercise, an relaxed interview and two times in the simulator (B737 NG), one as PM and one as PF. The sim program is a standard PC. Focus on CRM.

Good luck.
