Is that because they are an airframe down due to the incident at Florence?
Probably contributes a lot to current disruption but I was witness to delays, late cancellations and (I'm sure though can't be positive), one or two unscheduled aircraft swaps. CityJet ticket desk at LCY and Twitter Customer Relations account doing overtime. The early morning ORK-LCY (overnighting aircraft) has been canx at very short notice a few times and the business they have started to build up on this route is at risk of returning to EI or FR.
