I still think the next phase of any future development will include plans similar to those in the Councils vision with another six/eight pack on the short term car park adjacent to the soon to be built Multi Storey and Piers going to the South Stands.
But there is more to adding capacity than just building stands. For starters the terminal would struggle to add capacity also the CTA would need another major upgrade including the drop off area which would have to stay put but by adding extra lanes would eat further into a new apron and loop around one way system would have to go.
